He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alton Spivey, Ramon Ortiz, Evie Harper Spivey and Juanell Jewell Ortiz; his uncles, Emilio Ortiz and Reinaldo Ortiz; his aunt Louise Ortiz; and his cousin Shayla Spivey.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Stanley Spivey of Douglas, GA and Camellia Ortiz Spivey of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Nathan Spivey (Cindy) of Dothan, AL and Lundie Gray (Hardy) of Valdosta, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Amellia Gray, Parker Gray, Jewels Gray, Hudson Gray, Harper Spivey, Hayden Spivey and Nellie Spivey.
