Harper of Douglas, GA; his children, Sara Spivey (Jarrod) of Douglas, GA, Susan Harper and Bart Harper (Heather) of Stephens, GA; his grandchildren, Nathan Harper, Jordan Harper, Harper Spivey, Case Spivey and Landry Spivey; and his sisters, Margie Solomon, Carolyn Bland (Roy) and Joanne Ridley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
