Eva Kirkland Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Kirkland of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Fussell and Beadie Harper Fussell; her husband Clyde Kirkland Sr.; and her son Willie Warren Kirkland. She is survived by: her children, Clyde Kirkland Jr. (Rhoda) of Douglas, GA, Shelba Jean Souther of Douglas, GA and Clydine Sprouse (Adair) of Perry, GA; her sisters, Wilma Brigmond of Ambrose, GA and Bessie Paulk of Ambrose, GA; and her grandchildren, Adina Wilson (Chuck), Kelly Troupe (Scott), Brandon Kirkland (Jincy), Brent Kirkland, Shonda Souther, Stacy Floyd (Daniel) and Gregory Souther (Catie). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
