She was predeceased by: her parents, George Y. Hill and Alice Garrett Hill; her husband Elijah Hursey; and her daughter Pam Renee Hursey. She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Kaye Gilliard (Reggie) of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Chad Gilliard and Kelly Gilliard; and her niece Sandra Holland. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
