He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Rowell of Douglas and Tyler Rowell (Jordan Gill) of Linesville, PA; his grandchildren, Ellie Rowell and River Rowell; and his siblings, Carol Dixon of Douglas, Darrell Smith (Patricia) of Waycross, Kevin "Pee Wee" Rowell (Anna) of Melbourne, FL and Tony Rowell (Denise) of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
