He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Smith Spivey of Douglas, GA; his brother Joseph Spivey (Catherine) of Marietta, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Ann Phillips (Charles) of Douglas, GA, Carolyn Geneva McMillan (David) of Crestview, FL and Ollavan Brown of Orange Park, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
