Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jimmy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Darling Jowers and Annie Lois Vickers; and his sisters, Joyce Carter and June Grimes. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jowers of Douglas, GA; his sons, Matthew Jowers (Stephanie) of Douglas, GA, Michael Jowers of Douglas, GA, Kaeven Jowers, Niahlani Jowers and Emrynn Jowers; and his brother Johnnie Jowers (Vonice) of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by Several Nieces and nephews.
