He is survived by : his wife Elaine Bolden Bailey; his children, David Bailey and Sueann Smith (Kevin); his grandchildren, Genna and Jacob Smith; and his siblings, Joseph Bailey, Sara Smith (J. B.), Robert Bailey (Gloria) and Darlene Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
