He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hill-Hallisey of Douglas, GA; his son Jonathan R. Hallisey of Panama City, FL; his granddaughter Sabias M. Hallisey of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Richard J. Newell (Michael) of Statesboro, GA and Sandra H. Williford (Bryant) of Clyo, GA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
