He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Railey and Shirley Butler Railey; and his brother Chris Railey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Glisson Rodgers of Douglas, GA; his children, Heather Dixon (Steve) of Ambrose, GA, Hannah DeWitt (Oscar) of Douglas, GA and Josh Railey of Douglas, GA; and his grandchildren, Olivia Dixon, Owen Dixon, Wyatt Martin, Bryson Martin, Lucus DeWitt, London DeWitt, Jaxon Engle and Madison Fulmore. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
