He is survived by: his wife Jewel Revis Harrell of Douglas, GA; his children, Dr. Justin Harrell of Douglas, GA, Larry Harrell of Douglas, GA and Terry Harrell (Angie) of Douglas, GA; his brother Frankie Harrell of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Nicole Taft (Ryan) of Douglas, GA, Flynn Harrell of Douglas, GA, Miriam Harrell of Douglas, GA and Ava Harrell of Douglas, GA; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Taft, Declan Taft, Halle Harrell and Landon Taft. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
