She is survived by: her daughters, Connie M. Smith (Jeffery Lewis) of Brunswick and Donna L. Hurley (Stanley) of Collins; her stepdaughter Karen Batten (Eddie Mac) of Douglas, GA.; her grandchildren, Carly A. McGovern (Spencer) of Reidsville, Derrick Smith of Douglas, Bridget N. Wilkes (Jason) of Brunswick, GA, Kayla M. Thornton of Atlanta, GA, Jennifer Lea Smith of Atlanta, GA and Jeremy D. Smith of Douglas; her great grandchildren, Kinslee Wilkes, Jayce Smith, Kalissa Thornton, Kaliya Thornton, Jaida Lott, Laik Lott and Macie Lott; and her niece Terri Fussell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sims Funeral Home (201 N Peterson Ave, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sims Chapel (201 N Peterson Ave, Douglas, GA 31533).
