She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Smith of Douglas, Georgia; her children, Belinda Thomas of Douglas, Jessica, Scott Bennett of Douglas and Chet Thomas of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Amelia Lashley of Dothan, Devan Thomas of Dothan, Chloe Thomas of Dothan, Chandler Griffin of Tulsa, Trey Thomas of Douglas, Colby Thomas of Alma, Taylor Thomas of Douglas, Georgia and Sarabeth Heveder of Douglas, Georgia; and her brothers, Leonard Harper of Okeechobee and Reverend Donald Harper of Montgomery, Alabama. She is also survived by five nieces; four nephews; as well as a number of extended family members and friends.
