He is survived by: his parents, George Russell McKinnon Jr. of Douglas, GA and Melissa Faye Spivey of Douglas, GA; his brothers, Zachary McKinnon (Laney) of Douglas, GA and Johnny McKinnon of Douglas, GA; his grandparents, George Russell McKinnon, Sr. of Douglas, GA and Lavada Spivey of Doerun, GA; and his siblings' children, Navie Doe McKinnon, Max McKinnon and Greyson McKinnon.
