She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Edith White Riley; her husband Howard Spivey; her daughters, Angel Howell of Douglas and April Howell (Matt) of Willard, Ohio; her stepchildren, Whitney Courson (Joseph) of Pearson, Georgia and Brandon Spivey (Whitney) of Thomasville, Georgia.; and her son Charles Michael Howell of West Palm, Florida.. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sims Funeral Home (201 N Peterson Ave, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jowers Chapel Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery (1151 Jowers Chapel Rd, Douglas, GA 31535). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 6791 GA-64, Axson, GA 31624.
