He is survived by: his wife Helen Fregien; his daughters, Christina Fletcher (Jesse) of Fitzgerald, Gloria Poole (David) of Milton, FL, Kelly Fregien of California and Lonnie Fregien of Jud; his grandchildren, Joseph Kissoon of Albany, C. J. Fletcher of Fitzgerald, Allison Mallet (Trey) of Perry and Brittany Nowlin (Alex) of Priceville; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh Grace Mallet and Mackenzie Nowlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
