He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Edward Brown and Opal Brown; and his wife Diane S. Brown. He is survived by : his children, Julie Brown Roper (Jack) of Lebanon, TN, Melanie Jane Welch (Ronald) of Gainsville, TX, Brandi Renee Merritt of Broxton, GA, Raymond E. Brown Jr. (Annette) of Idaho and Virginia "Ginny" Brown Velarde (Ric); and his niece Judy Meloy. He is also survived by Fourteen Grandchildren.
