Romulo leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Romulo’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Romulo will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustin Navarro and Delfina Perez; his daughter Rachelle Navarro; and his siblings, Elvira Espina (Florencio), Fred Navarro (Nene), Thelma Navarro and Aurora Lim (Guillermo).
He is survived by: his wife Maria Luisa Navarro of Douglas, GA; his son Raymund Navarro of Douglas, GA; his stepdaughter Mary Lou Navarro of Atlanta, GA; and his sisters, Yolanda Armada (Josefino) of North Carolina and Lina Caranandang (Lito) of South Carolina. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews, and many family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sims Funeral Home (201 N Peterson Ave, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (4178 US-441, Douglas, GA 31535).
