He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Homer Wiggins and Latishia Young Wiggins; his wife Sarah Phillips Wiggins; his brothers, John Willie Wiggins and Harold Wiggins; and his siblings-in-law, Talmadge Banks and Maxine Wiggins Stokes.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Wiggins of Douglas, Georgia and Lynn Wright (Michael) of Douglas, Georgia; his grandchildren, Brandon Wright of Colorado, Brooke Wright Wiederhold (Brendan) of Douglas, Charlie Wiggins (Kaysie) of Tifton and Lexie Wiggins Giddens (Bryce) of Moultrie, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Elijah Wright of Columbus, Mikayah Wright of New York City, Myles Wright of Colorado, Lev Wright of Colorado, Brinley Wiederhold of Douglas, Brielle Wiederhold of Douglas, Brextan Wiederhold of Douglas and Archer Wiggins of Tifton, Georgia; and his sister Evelyn W. Banks of Douglas, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces nephews.
