He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Spikes Sr. and Frances Lee Garren Spikes. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Spikes of Douglas, GA; his children, William Boys Spikes of Douglas, GA and Martha Frances Simmons (Danny) of Brooklet, GA; his grandchildren, Madelynn Simmons, Matthew Simmons, Hailey Spikes, Winston Spikes (Donna) of Ocilla, GA, Tommy Spikes (Cheryl) of Nashville, GA and Teddy Spikes (Polly) of Enigma, GA; his sisters, Katherine Moore of Nashville, GA and Bernice Wilkerson (Don) of Tifton, GA; and his sister-in-law Linda Spikes of Nashville, GA. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
