She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Reed and Margaret Pitts Reed; and her brothers, Ralph Reed and R. B. "Bill" Reed. She is survived by: her husband Billy Mancil of Douglas, Georgia; her children, Dewaine Mancil (Christina) of DeLand and Deleah Baker (Jon) of Douglas, Georgia; her grandchildren, Meagan Hernandez (Gilbert) of Poquoson and Landon Baker of Douglas, Georgia; and her sister Martha Sue Rowell of Screven, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ricketson Funeral Home Chapel (305 W Ward St, Douglas, GA 31533). The lying in state was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Ward Church of God (700 W Ward St, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at the Bethany Cemetery (1701 Pebble Rock Rd, Ambrose, GA 31512).
