She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Andrew Dumas and Tressie Layfield Dumas; her husband John Norman McEntyre; her son Norman McEntyre; and her grandchildren, John Andrew McEntyre and Alicia McEntyre.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Ellison (Tim) and Mark McEntyre; her grandchildren, Brent Lee Ellison, Elizabeth Ellison Heath (Murray), Aimee McEntyre King (David), Stacy McEntyre, Waide McEntyre, Tamara McEntyre Botan, Brook McEntyre and Amber McEntyre; her sister Jerri Dumas Cooner; and her sisters-in-law, Fannie Herring and Joan Richerzhagen. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren; Three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
