With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Davis Fulmer of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Lincoln, Alabama, who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Magnolia Fulmer (Johnson); and his sister Brenda Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hagan Fulmer; his children, Michael Fulmer (Tracey) and Kathy Pitts (Dewayne); his sister Patricia Swafford; his grandchildren, Casey Fulmer, Joseph Pitts, Michael "Hagan" Fulmer (Amanda), Kassidy Baker (Seth), Mason Fulmer and Ian Fulmer; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Fulmer and Rosie Baker.
