He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Hand and Eleanor Hand of Colquitt, GA; and his brother Budsey. He is survived by: his wife Linda J Hand; his children, Wendell Hand (Carrie) and Ronda Brodmyer (John); his stepchildren, Cheryl Steenrod, Robin Dyer (Mark), Lisa Milner (Kyle) and Eddie Ethridge (Denise); and his brother Lynn Hand (Martha). He is also survived by 10 grandkids, 7 great grandkids, and 1 great great grandkid as well as several nieces and nephews.
