He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Maddox and Gladys Tucker Maddox; and his grandson Joey Umbro. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Maddox (Denise) and Jonathan Maddox; and his grandchildren, Jessica Maddox, Christy Maddox, Amanda Gonzalez (Frankie), Gregory Smith (Bri), Lane Maddox (Ashton) and Andrew Maddox (Rhiannon). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
