He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Stumphf Monroe and David Seth Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Judith Reid Monroe; his children, Amber Hand (Joey) and David Monroe (Angie); his siblings, Kimberly Addison, Carolyn Green, Kelly Monroe (Patty) and Kent Monroe (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Matthew Monroe, Mason Monroe, Austin Hand and Emily Hand.
