She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hayes and Mattie Hayes; her husband David Lonnie Eley; her son David Paul Eley; her granddaughter Emily Marie Eley; her siblings, Mary Neal Hayes and Paul Jr.; and her sister-in-law Connie Hayes.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Eley (Sherri) of Douglasville; her daughter-in-law Tammie Eley of Butler, Georgia; her grandchildren, Brandi Eley-Green (Sean) of Douglasville, Jay Eley of Atlanta and Jordan Eley of Douglasville; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Lucy Green; and her sisters, Dolores Barnard of Covington and Darlene Williams of Newnan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests the support of the Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church mission offering and children's church camps in Douglasville, Georgia.
