He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Payne; his children, Deana Oxford (Scott) of Winston, GA, Kendra Railey of Douglasville, GA, Randall Payne of Wilmington, NC and Kevin Payne of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Dylan, Maegan, Tanna, Brody and Emory; and his great grandchild Tate.
