She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe and Martha Isabel Stephenson (Young). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" C. Long; her stepchildren, Robert Long (Emily), Ragan Gaskin (Jeffrey), Rachel Richardson (J. R.), Jared Long and Benjamin Long; her sisters, Susan Contreras (Eduardo) and Sonya Stanley; her nieces, Renee Contreras, Jenna Stanley, Jamie Stanley and Mia Stanley; her nephew Rod Contreras; her stepmother Helen Stephenson; and her mother-in-law Delores Long.
Elizabeth actively supported the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
