We are sad to announce that, on April 13, 2026, at the age of 88, Emory Lee Carlisle of Douglasville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Harkness Carlisle and John Franklin Carlisle, Sr.; his wife Linda B. Carlisle; and his brother John Franklin Carlisle, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Wright (Eric), Karen Carlisle and DeeDe Ellison (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jonathan Wright, Jacob Wright, Erica Wright, Morgan Lewis, Mallory Lewis, Bryant Lewis, Caelyn Ellison, Ashlyn Ellison and Emmet Ellison; and his great grandchild Lennon Williams.

Presentation of flag: 3:30pm at Sunrise Garden of Memories, Douglasville, GA 30134, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dementia Society of America (http://qr.dementiasociety.com)/donate.
