She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Tate and Louise Tate; her husband Jack Williams, Sr.; and her son Jack Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Williams; her brother Fred Wolfe, Jr.; her sister-in-law Mable Wolfe; and her caregiver Christie Holland.
