It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Ivey Cole of Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee Ivey and Mary Clistie Broadwater Ivey; and her husband Duma Milton Cole. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Phil Powell of Douglasville; her son Kim Cole of Douglasville; her siblings, Sue Chadwick of Carrollton, Robert (Carol Ivey) and Gene Ivey of Carrollton; and her grandchildren, Josh, Brook Powell, Adam Powell and Savannah Cole. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
