He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Holbrook; and his sister Loretta Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Mark Jackson of Douglasville, Barry Jackson (Phoenix) of McCaysville, Gay Jackson of Douglasville and Wade Jackson of Columbus, Georgia; and his siblings, Anita Evans, Madelyn Reader, Linda Talbot and Walter Jackson.
