She is survived by: her children, Liza Barney (Louis), Nicole Ramirez, John Maye (Carmen) and Douglas Steven Cliett; her sisters, Alice Amado and Catherine Lang; her grandchildren, Carl Barney, John Eric Maye III, Alexis Barney, Jeanine Kaluda, Gabriella Jun, Brian Maye, Malachi Barney and Samara Barney; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Barney, Kingston Barney, Ezelle Robinson, Easton Maye, Dashton Davis, Eliza Maye, Ramy Kaluda and Laith Kaluda.
As a dedicated medical professional, Joanne made significant contributions to the health and wellbeing of her community.
