He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Elizabeth Bailey Kurts and John Lewellyn Kurts of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is survived by: his brothers, Keith Kurts of Douglasville and Ken Kurts (Jeralyn) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his girlfriend Denise Eaves of Bremen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Andrew's Golf Club, 8799 Edinburg Drive, Winston, GA 30187.
