He was predeceased by: his parents, John Modar and Margaretta Modar (Enick). He is survived by: his children, Michael Modar of Youngwood, Michele Jackson (Michael) of Douglasville, GA, James Modar (Antoinette) of Jeannette and Joseph Modar of Winston, GA; his grandchildren, Amber, Kim, Alexander, Lauren and Ariana; his great grandchild Makayla; and his brothers, Lawrence Modar (Emma Lou), Dennis Modar (Joyce) and Richard Modar. He is also survived by stepchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
