He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Brown and Frances Brown; and his siblings, David Brown, Jennifer Brown, Diane Brown Hicks and Sally Brown Moore.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Brown Brazell; his brother-in-law Stanley Brazell; his sister Edith Brown; and his children, Samantha Brown, Johnny E. Brown, Russell W. Brown, Melissa Brown and Daleya Brown. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
