She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Admiral Thomas and Eunice Evelyn Martin Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Hubert Weldon Palmer, Sr.; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Donald Keen; her son Donnie; her daughter-in-law Kathy Palmer; her grandchildren, Jarod Keen (Casey), Ashleigh Keen Gambrell (Edward) and Caley Palmer Bowen (Clint); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Keen, Chase Palmer, Lilly Kate Palmer, Lila Palmer, Carson Bowen, Coleton Bowen, Macy Gambrell, Parker Gay and Grayson Gay.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
