He was predeceased by: his father Douglas B. Withers. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl A. Withers; his sister Melissa Rutledge; his brother-in-law Kenneth Rutledge; and his nieces and nephews, Sadie, Everett and Madison. He is also survived by his many extended family members and friends.
