He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Maxwell and Lynette Stephens Maxwell; and his stepdaughter Donna Jean Dean McGahee. He is survived by: his wife Sue Dean Maxwell; his grandchildren, Blaine McGahee, Heather Haney (Kym) and McKensey McGahee (Andrea Montobbio); his great grandchildren, Bryson Haney and Maria Montobbio; his sisters, Brenda Neal (David), Patricia O'Daniels (Mike), Jean Dyer (Steve) and Cheryl Maxwell; and his son-in-law Timmy McGahee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
