She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Goodson (David Wright), Michael Hollis, Sondra Smith and Loyd Smith; her grandchildren, Garrett Shorter (Haley), Dylan Goodson, Zachery Goodson, LaShawn Knowles and Destine Knowles; her siblings, Nita Mays (Doug), Rita Collins (Wayne), JoAnn Lambert (Danny), Ronald Griffin (Angel) and Donald Griffin; and her brother-in-law Jim Hood. She is also survived by seven nieces and ten nephews.
