He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Warren, Sr. and Rosey Burdett Warren; his children, Millard Preston Warren and Teresa Lori Warren; and his granddaughter Kristy Warren.

He is survived by: his wife Perley "Pearl" Mae Ray Warren; and his children, Mary Lester, Ricky Warren, Michael Warren, Fred Warren (Taffie), Joe Warren (Lisa) and Tina Prince (Frederick). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
