He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Jeppesen Abston; his children, Guy Harold Abston, Lisa Kathleen Abston Ledwick, Michael Bollinger Jr. (Kelly), Mark Bollinger, Audra Bollinger-Price (Allen) and Keith Bollinger (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ryan Bollinger, Sean Bollinger, Eileen Bollinger and Logan Bollinger; and his siblings, James Procuro (LaRinda) and Susan Russell (Michael).
