He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Harris and Odessa Harris (Doyle). He is survived by: his wife Glenelle Harris (Brown); his children, Tammy Clements and Eric Harris; his grandchildren, Matthew Clements (Eileen), Kristen McCrory, Cody Harris (Heidi) and LaShay Delph (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Brandon, Neeva, Olivia, Lillian, Willow and Logan. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

An avid golfer, after retirement Ralph and his wife, Glenelle, played golf five days a week until Covid hit.
