He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Jack Rogers and Lois Selma Hogan Rogers; and his sister Diane Smith. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Walls Rogers; his children, Tiffany Craig (Eric), Jamie Lopez (Chuck), Dana Rogers, Angela Mitchell (Wayne), Mike Rogers (Kimberly) and Anthony Valencia (Cristie); and his sisters, Barbara Floyd and Robin Rogers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
