In loving memory of Richard M. Hall of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who departed this world on April 23, 2026 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett Edward Hall and Drucilla Bell Hall; and his daughter Kim Norusis (Brent). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Hall; his daughters, Kristi Brock (Wendell) and Kaycee Hammann (Drew); his grandchildren, Kailyn Bartelt (Adam), Jordan Horenziak, Dr. Tyler Brock, Ashton Horenziak, Tanner Brock, Zane Hammann and Lee Hammann; his great grandchildren, Ricky and Grace Bartelt; and his siblings, Doug Hall (Nancy), Dru Wetzel (Lee) and Cheryl Bailey (Ronnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
