He is survived by: his children, Rick Withers (Christine) of Smyrna, Elizabeth Flynn (Judson) of Decatur and Rachel Bine (Matthew) of Milton; his grandchildren, Audrey Flynn, Sadie Flynn, Hadley Withers, Andrew Bine and Emily Bine; and his siblings, Stephen Withers (Angela) of Windermere, Florida, Susan McDonald of Queensland, Australia and Nelson Withers (Kate) of Kennesaw.
