He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ellen Sime Howe; his daughters, Rebecca Touray of Douglasville and Jessica Howe; his son-in-law Luke Young of Carrollton; his sisters, Ronda (Kevin Bell), Gina (Matthew Ayers), Tina Howe (Jonathan) of Key Largo, Katrina Howe of Attleboro, Massachusetts and Chantell Howe (Kirk Howe) of Fallriver, Massachusetts; and his nieces and nephews, Adrian, Marissa, Alex, Alyssa and Justin.
