He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Curtis Woods and Harmon Hall; and his significant other Carolyn Taylor Woods. He is survived by: his siblings, Hubert H. Woods and Martha Louise Woods; his sons, Robert Charles Woods Jr., Kenneth Wayne Woods, Curtis Irvin Woods (Donna LaVerne) and Edward David Woods (Connie Denise); his grandchildren, Robert C. Woods III (Cheryl), Joseph B. Woods (Jennifer), Rachel Teruya, Amanda Woods, Joshua Woods (Brittany), Deborah Gillespie (Dean), Rebeca Sticher (James), Jessica Woods, Sheila Welton (Brett) and Bobby Williams (Tawnya); and his sister Janice Buchannan. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
The family would like for donations to be made to Douglasville Seventh Day Adventist Church 2838 Bright Star Road, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 in memory of Robert Charles Woods Sr.
