She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Gable and Bertie Eugenia Rainwater Gable; her husband D. H. Kirby, Sr.; her stepson Danny Kirby; her brothers, Chester Gable and Conis Gable; and her nephew Conis Gable, Jr..
She is survived by: her stepdaughter-in-law Jackie Kirby; her sister Euvela Harden; her stepgrandsons, Shane Kirby (Karen) and Josh Kirby (Heather); and her nieces and nephews, Diane, Ikey Watson, Carolyn, Jim Whitmore, Donald, Mike, Thomas Gable, Linda, Jerry Stephens, Carl, Janice Gable, Larry Gable, Barbara Strickland and Ronnie Harden. She is also survived by four step-great grandchildren.
